Ordered 50 glowsticks to be delivered to my B&B. However I hope people around me are not too posh and that they will actually use them (I am in the 144 VIP block section)

I am not sure if the VIPs are there , but I think they will definitely be nearby. The tickets are called VIP and are part of the hospitality pack of Wembley. And yes I do hope there will be fun people ready to wave the 48 bracelets I will be distributing hehe

Yes Denmark is quite nice and we had a great Coldplay concert here last month: so unforgettable that I went out and bought Wembley tickets the day after *LOL*

To the people who are distributing glowsticks amongst seated guests...how do you plan to do it? I thought of going to the person nearest to the aisle , give her/him a glowstick and explain that it should be waved when Coldplay comes on stage and then give her/him a bunch of glowsticks to pass down the row. How does this sound? And how are you guys planning to distribute them?

Has someone thought about leaving a load of glowsticks at the merchandise stalls? You could get them to give them away for free when they buy a t-shirt or soemthing?

How many are people buying?

Bit wary of buying shitloads and trying to get them inside the stadium?

I am not sure it would be convenient or even doable to explain what they are for to 50-100 different people...can´t we just set up some small stands with the glowsticks and a post with a message explaining what they are for?

well it's a good way to start talking to people by starting with the explanation about the glowsticks :D, and I'm sure friends can also help give them out too ;)

I would not mind talking to ten people or so, but 50 or 100 seems a but of a stretch. Unfortunately I am going to the concert only with my sister, so we are not many distributing the sticks.

Hehe yes if you are queueing that is ;) I have a seated place in block 144, so I am coming around 5 pm to take my seat. I am willing to give my sticks to someone who is queueing if it makes it easier to spread them?

you're right :D but you know you could give them to coldplayers with yellow shirts and ask them to distribute them too? I'm going with one friend and we each have 50..think about people who have like 300 sticks :uhoh:

Yes we will, I'll be wearing a thinnish purple hoodie, wearing black skinnie jeans, be decorated head to toe in coldplay murals :), I'll be carrying a greenish bag. Can't wait to meet you guys. I'll be there on the 18th!

Glowsticks arrived!

my glowsticks/bracelets came this morning! wooooo!

My Glowsticks arrived today. As for distributing them just give a few to each person you talk to and ask them to help spreading the word that way you don't have to do all the talking. If one person speaks to ten people and those ten people speak to ten more sooner or later without much effort the sticks are all over the place.
