Rich22142
Hi. I'm heading to the Hampden gig next week (16th). Can any fellow coldplay fans confirm if there is going to be a restricted 'inner circle' area up close to the stage where if I get in early will get me into this? My girlfriend is a shorta@s and a bit claustrophobic so keen to get a good Spacious view if at all possible. Hopefully someone can confirm?? Can't wait!! r25d01
usually it's exactly like that. in fact i haven't been to any stadium concert where it hasn't been like that
SueDeNimes
Paris didn't have it - and it was bigger than Düsseldorf. Guess it depends from venue to venue.
Stefan8
No restricted area in Nijmegen either.
AnnaElisabeth
Not in Stockholm either, I think. Wembley'll have one, though.
chlllll
o thank god! i already heard yesterday that there was something like an inner circle from a friend of mine, but she got a special bracelet, just for nothing, and she said you could walk in and out before 6 o'clock or something. anyone knows something 'bout this? AnnaElisabeth
I read an answer by the Oracle about this, I think. If you are one of the first 2500 people in line you'll get a special bracelet to allow you re-entry to the 'Golden Circle' 'cause when you're one of the first people in line, you're bound to have been there for a while and the bracelet allows you to go to the bathroom/get something to eat/drink etc... Correct me if I'm wrong!

Correct me if I'm wrong! I think it's pretty much like that. no one really knows for sure about wembley because the oracles answer wasn't very clear. it just said that 'it has never seen any wembley concerts that didn't have an inner circle'
*Perrine*
I'm not sure at all, there's never been any golden circle during the last shows, why would they do that in Wembley ?
a-chan
I'm not sure at all, there's never been any golden circle during the last shows, why would they do that in Wembley ? +1 I went to another show in Parc des Princes and that time, there was a golden circle...and not for the boys. So it depends of the artist who is performing ^^
Denise
There was a "golden circle" in Udine, but they didn't give a bracelet or at least I didn't get one

*Perrine*
Are you sure it was really a golden circle in Udine ? Like a-chan said, I'm pretty sure it depends on the artist and not the stadium !
Denise
No it didn't have separate toilets and refreshments area /at least from what I could see, once on my place I did not dare to move). You had to pass through some "gates" to access it, I guess the area was more or less 1/4 of the entire GA, maybe a little bit more. The main reason it's done here, especially in stadium shows, is safety, so people in the front don't have the all GA pushing them, but we didn't have to buy different tickets to be there, it was just first come first serve :)
SueDeNimes
Are you sure it was really a golden circle in Udine ? Like a-chan said, I'm pretty sure it depends on the artist and not the stadium ! Düsseldorf had 2 areas in the pit. And the only things you could buy there were beer or ice-cream :dozey: To get something else you would've had to leave the front area... (Ok, so basically the same what Denise has just said)
flickahidalgo
I believe there was a "golden circle" at the Raliegh show. I got a special braclet. That enabled me to get in and out of the venue as I pleased. They had a seperate restroom and even a tent to eat in.
Denise
We are talking about stadium shows, in US you had to buy a pit ticket to get to the area near the stage (at least in most of them), then everyone else has a seated place. Here you have a whole footbal pitch of standing people, it's quite different. I think it all depends on the city or nation safety regulations for big events. Here it's normal to have a "reserved area" in the front, but it seems it's not like this everywhere. I saw pictures from Muse gigs at Wembley and they had a reserved area. I will not take U2 as a reference because they had a completely different stage which needed a "reserved area" because of its structure. Foo Fighters did not have a reserved area but seeing how the stage was set up it was impossible. I guess we'll wait and see that day

chlllll
okay, yes there is an golden circle, no you don't need special tickets, yes you just can walk in till some time. you can get some bracelets, but not necesery, donno how to get those. if youre going out after that time you're not getting in again. its just for securitie. nothing special. Rich22142
Hi..... Following up this thread regarding Inner Circles. Can someone tell me if the Manchester gig had an Inner Circle bit at the front that you could get into if you were in early? If so can you get in and out via a hand stamp or similar? Same question for you lucky concert attendees tonight. Any Inner Circle. 2 Days to go!!!:laugh3::laugh3:
