Mark, man, I understand your issue with the C word. True, I do not like the word. You still seem to be antogonizing Nathan. I understand also that you think he is doing the same thing to you. Why not just let it go. I am all about peace and love. I am the eternal pacifist. If someone pisses me off, I usually walk away. Why not just let it go.

So you agree that somebody should just be allowed to go around slandering somebody incessantly?

Freedom of speech etc.

Ignore list etc.

All your own points.

So you agree that somebody should just be allowed to go around slandering somebody incessantly?

No Mark, I do not. It's a public forum. No one REALLY knows anyone here. If I were in your shoes, I would either let it go or keep on going after it. Either way, you could ignore it. People either like you or they don't.

So what you're saying, in fact, is that either decision is justified?

Either way, you could ignore it.

True, but that works both ways.

People either like you or they don't.

True, but that still doesn't excuse slander/defamation.;)

It doesn't work both ways, like I said earlier, I only attack you directly to your posts, so if you have me ignored and aren't mentioning me in irrelevant conversations then the "problem" wouldn't exist.

There is no winning here.

If Nathan removed the Cunt sig would you feel better about this.

I don't really care what I prove to anyone, I just think you are one of the most ridiculous human beings I've ever "met" and you continue to be as ridiculous as you always are, that post doesn't even deserve a reasoned response because of how ridiculous it is and even if I did you'd just ignore the points I made or misunderstand the points I made (since you are doing that a lot lately)

Well that's merely your opinion. Nothing more. I completely disagree with it.;)

That is no more "inciteful" (which I am pretty sure is not a real word btw)

than anything you've posted towards me, you attack me for my typos and call that "grammar"

That's because I am of the opinion at least some of them aren't merely typos (for example, when you clearly can't tell the difference between the past and present perfect tenses) .;)

so when you make grammar mistakes I take some small pleasure in pointing out that you make them. Especially in the case of the ellipsis (which is what I was mocking you for in the other thread that you never worked out)

Wrong again. If I were you, I'd check my facts before posting such claptrap.:smug:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis

and now you are making up words apparently.

Apparently not, although I do like to make up words occasionally as I'm very inventive like that. However, in those cases, it's totally intentional and not a mistake.:smug:

Freedom of speech etc.

Freedom of speech doesn't include slander.

Ignore list etc.

Doesn't work in the case of slander, as the slander is still being communicated to third parties.;)

Mark, I think something that rubs people the wrong way is how you can come off as condescending and arrogant.

Freedom of speech doesn't include slander.

Hilarious. Just hilarious.

I can't even be bothered to sit and prove how wrong you are. I'm glad to see you care so much though, Mr "It's only the internet, lets not take it seriously"

This has nothing to do with you, and further serves to prove my point.;)

But it's on a public internet forum.

edit:;)

It doesn't work both ways, like I said earlier, I only attack you directly to your posts, so if you have me ignored and aren't mentioning me in irrelevant conversations then the "problem" wouldn't exist.

Incorrect (again). The problem wouldn't exist if you didn't continue to slander me, refrained from making facetious remarks in threads created about me and refrained from attacking me merely because you don't agree with my opinions or "posting style".

That's what it all comes down to.

If you're prepared to alter this behaviour, then fine. If not, we can just continue like this. I really don't mind either way.;)

There is no winning here.

If Nathan removed the Cunt sig would you feel better about this.

Not particularly. I don't have a problem with that word per se. The other points I've made are far more pertinent.;)

Mark, how exactly would Nathan's comments here effect your life outside of the forum.

Mark, I think something that rubs people the wrong way is how you can come off as condescending and arrogant.

Well that's a bit like saying that Victor rubs people up the wrong way by coming across as obnoxious and vindictive.

Still doesn't excuse slander in any shape or form.;)

Hilarious. Just hilarious.

I can't even be bothered to sit and prove how wrong you are.

That's because you can't. Anything you came up with would be merely your opinion, and nothing more.;)

Still doesn't excuse slander in any shape or form.;)

Hey guys

;)

"That which is name-calling, hyperbole, or, however characterized, cannot be proven true or false, cannot be the subject of a libel or slander claim."

It has nothing to do with whether it could be proven in court or not.;)

Anyway, we could keep going forever like this. I've made my points clear, Victor has done the same, and of course, both parties have a responsibility here.

If he wants to keep making facetious remarks, I will continue to point out his errors. If not, then I don't see any reason to communicate with him. Either way I don't mind, as I'll have fun regardless.;)

Mark, your hypocrisy and delusion is hilarious.

Back at ya!!:D
