if U2 wasn't playing during that show I wouldn't watch

U2 & Jay-Z?

"Well if it worked for Coldplay maybe it'll work for us...."

This :D

:bigcry: Linkin Park is no longer one of my favorite bands...

awww...just cos they beat Coldplay for the World Stage award?

i still love Linkin Park tho...we need some Asian representation in the music world. :P

& their episode of World Stage was awesome...tho excessively short for the version i watched. it was so cool to hear/see New Divide played on the streets (cos that's what it seemed like).

Green Day = Best Rock

Now it's Empire State of Mind!!!

Miss you all! :bigcry:

awww...miss you too!!!

U2 and Jay-Z were fantastic! :D

But I'm pissed that they didn't show U2 performing "Beautiful Day / Blackbird (Snipped)", "Vertigo" and "Moment Of Surrender" which they played as well. :(

And they didn't show the Best World Stage Performance which obviously won Linkin Park instead of Coldplay...

I like Linkin Park.

New Divide is awesome. And a lot of others songs is good too.

I'm not up to date... the last time I heard something about Linkin Park was when "In the end" was in the charts I think

And I have to agree with Mich, the last U2 album was pretty UNimpressive :escaping3:

Linking Park still exists?I was hoping they had disappeared...So weird that they won as well. These public non-limit voting things are always so strange.

U2's last album was disappointing. Whatever, still going to the 360 tour!

I hope CP never churns out an album that will disappoint me. I will see them all the time no matter what, though.

COLDPLAY, best world stage act, Europe MTV EMA

If you want to see one or several retransmissions of the MTV EMA show:

Both Saturday and Sunday, MTV re-transmits the entire MTV EMA show called MAIN SHOW a couple of times:

SATURDAY: From 10 to 12; AGAIN from 16 to 18.10 and again from 22.10 to 0.10.

SUNDAY: MAIN SHOW at 21.40 to 23.40.A program called "MTV Week-end Break: MTV EMA 2009" Sunday from 12 to 18.10.

(These hours I have from MTV, Denmark - I am sure that the main show will be re-transmitted many times over the week-end and very likely at the hours stated above as a MTV EUROPE production).

Times or hours of The Winners Are: Saturday from 18.40 to 19.40 and again early Sunday from 0.10 to 1.10 and 19.40.
