yesterday i heard the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney will have a major tour announcement on monday. the hordern holds about 6000 people. anybody care to hazard a guess at what this might be about?

 

any splendour bands yet to announce sideshows?

Yeah it could be ting tings. They just announced a Melb sideshow, but the venue here only holds 1,500 not 6000.... seems odd...

i was thinking possibly Klaxons? i could be really really optimistic and say Arcade Fire.

it costs money to go see a-league football?? i get my violent-bloodbath-fix from watching UFC on one hd for free.

Haha gotta go to the real thing! Plus they built a new stadium for us in Melbourne so I feel obliged to go. Plus, our strip looks amazing. And I need another hobby thats not music-related.

 

As for Klaxons, that would be kinda cool. But it'd be a pre-album show, so it may only be at the Horden like how Vampire Weekend came here last year for just one pre-album show in Sydney. I was listening to Golden Skans today, my god that's a good track.
