Hey

 

I gotta write an essay for a class but the thing is the teacher gave us a text about ethics in employees, how in a company the superiors must be an example and the workers should have values in the right measure and how that is kinda the most important thing in an employee.

 

Now my dilema is that I gotta find an article which has an opposing point of view to write my essay and I can't quite find an article that says people should be hired just for their knowledge or so, you know like robots or something, no feelings just work and money.

 

Can you help me out????????

 

It's due next week but I need to star right now, I got several things on my back right now.

:S mmmm well this essay is worth 35% of this partial grade and if I don't do it I fail this partial and if this leads me to losing my scolarship for failing a class I will have to quit this school cause it's way to expensive and therefore my dream to graduate and be a successful mechatronic engineer may vansih

You are never going to find an article that says "we should just hire people who are good at the job no matter how bad they are as people." Nobody would publish that. Tons of people think it, I'm sure, but they don't have the guts to publish it.

It is a very opposing subject. If someone has a lot of knowledge, then they can be really cocky and a complete ass. Now, if you have someone who has a lot of people skills, but doesn't have a lot of knowledge on the job, then you have a good people-person, but a semi-dumb one.
