It's incredible, but I prefer OK Computer and In Rainbows a bit more.

Ok Computer is truly epic. In Rainbows left me wanting more for some reason. There are some true gems on there but all in all I rank it second to last before Pablo Honey.

My Radiohead top album list:

1.Kid A

2.OK Computer

3.Amnesiac

4.Hail To The Thief

5.The Bends

6.In Rainbows

7.Pablo Honey

Radiohead is slowly becoming my favorite band.

I have to say something now:

I never really understood why this was even called a Coldplay forum in the first place, seeing as half the people here love Radiohead more than Coldplay.

-hides under coffee table-

Ha! I think to be more precise, it's the Radiohead fans doing what they do best. Despite being in small numbers they appear larger than they are.

But Radiohead having more emotional songs? I don't fucking think so! But then again most Radiohead fans think Thom Yorke could shit out a turd of gold.

Radiohead definitey has more emotional songs... Find me a song that has more emotion than Let Down, Nude, or most importantly How to Disappear Completely.

Coldplay are great and have emotional songs too.

I love Coldplay and their music has a powerful emotional effect on me too but Radiohead do something else to me entirely. There is a darkness and powerful emotion to the music. Their music transcends time and place. It is timeless, epic, beautiful, devastating.

Neither will be as great as U2 ultimately. Sorry, but its true.

U2 had amazing albums in the 80's and I'll throw in 1991 for good measure. Other than a good track here and a good track there. U2 makes me:sick: They are so fucking cheesed out now it is sad and ridiculous.

Don't think so. Zooropa was a lovely little album. No Line On The Horizon was the return of U2, the experimental band, rather than the commercialised band of All That You Can't Leave Behind and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb. Having said that those two albums I very much enjoy. ATYCLB was a stunning return to form for U2, a band which many people had though had lost it's way in the 90s. Then came Beautiful Day and everyone went - 'WOW! They've just returned to the top of the summit!' What other band could do that? And what other band can sell out the biggest stadiums in the world with their stunning live performances. They are after all probably THE greatest lie band ever.

I just don't get how you can say they are cheesed out when they are still making world class albums and continue to be the biggest band in the world?

there are some good songs on there (You, Blow Out, Lurgee). Also I like the US single version of Stop Whispering compared to the PH version
