No Line On The Horizon was the return of U2, the experimental band, rather than the commercialised band of All That You Can't Leave Behind and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb. Having said that those two albums I very much enjoy. ATYCLB was a stunning return to form for U2, a band which many people had though had lost it's way in the 90s. Then came Beautiful Day and everyone went - 'WOW! They've just returned to the top of the summit!' What other band could do that? And what other band can sell out the biggest stadiums in the world with their stunning live performances. They are after all probably THE greatest lie band ever. I just don't get how you can say they are cheesed out when they are still making world class albums and continue to be the biggest band in the world? No Line, literally makes me ill. Mine would have to be... 1) In Rainbows 2) OK Computer 3) Kid A 4) The Bends 5) Hail to the Thief 6) Amnesiac 7) Pablo Honey Spot on. I like your list Josh, In Rainbows came out during a particularly difficult time in my life and I have trouble listening to it now because it reminds me of that time. That's how fucking powerful Radiohead can be!! In Rainbows, is, however a fantastic album and is, by no means, even meant to be compared to Pablo Honey in my list. I am surprised to see Amnesiac so low. Really a brilliant album. So many stunners on that set.

If you see this post, I would like it if you explained something to me. You appear to be changing your mind often about Coldplay, Oasis and U2, about 'biggest', 'best live band', 'greatest', ... maybe I am misunderstanding. But please explain. <33333333 I love that song. Me toooo <3 I couldn't rank the albums. Too hard. Pablo Honey is an okay album but I don't listen to it, almost at all. The Bends was the first album I got into. Some great songs are on it. I love Fake Plastic Trees and Street Spirit. OK Computer is great, I guess I don't like it as much as other people do, but I can see that it is so different from The Bends and it presents nicely the evolution of the band. Kid A is... I don't know which words to use to describe it, really. I'm still getting into Amnesiac, I like it more and more. HTTT is a bit too long but I like the whole album style. In Rainbows is all around amazing, it holds so many emotions, pictures, colours.
