I still can't believe I actually met them these things NEVER happen to me my life is so dull and boring and I hardly ever travel, I think that some people expect too much and I honestly would of been happy enough leaving that boat and going home I mean I'd heard the song for the 1st time, eaten free food, played part in a video and met some truly nice people and I believe Gena that your time to meet the band will come because I know how long you've loved them and how much you deserve to meet them.:hug:

You don't have to get sick for it. I'm not at all. Perhaps our expectations were too high (to meet one of the guys on the boat for instance), but I think, as Chris said he was delighted that we were there and they couldn't come to the boat, a little reward for the participation in their video clip wouldn't have been something luxurious in compensation of the fees to be there. Probably your fees have been much higher than mine.:thinking:

9 of us saw the guys on Friday afternoon and it was a great opportunity to tell them how much we were grateful and proud to be in a Coldplay video.

I really don't get why people aren't satisfied, we will be in the new Coldplay video! I feel that anyone who thinks that's not enough is ungrateful. And that's my opinion.

I totally agree. Personally, I had a really great time. Even the opportunity to meet so many Coldplaying members, meet old friends and make new ones was a real treat. As AnnaElisabeth said, filming the video for the band was the icing on the cake and I'm very grateful to be able to participate in it. I can't wait to watch it on Wednesday :):dance:

That is outrageous. Very, very inappropriate. I feel uncomfortable just reading this. How are they going to be able to keep a good relationship with their fans if stuff like this happens? :angry:

I couldn't have said in a better way... I feel so embarassed that someone actually did that! To me, it's like invading their privacy, and it's way out of line!

To be in a video clip like you see figurants featuring at video clips on television. Do you think they only do it for fun?? I did. I think we might have deserved free drinks and not only tea and coffee that some people even don't drink and tiny sandwiches + at least a signed CD. I love Coldplay but there are two other bands that I love. We'll see how many seconds (I said seconds) we'll see us on the clip.

Somebody won a signed mince spies but I am fed up with you and your ungratefulness, There were loads of other people who would of just gone to meet up with some good friends but No you expect them to give you tons of free stuff and sing for you.

I don't know why people are complaining that they didn't give us free (alcoholic) drinks anyway. I'm 99.42% sure they didn't because it's a LIABILITY ISSUE. If they provide us with alcohol and we do something stupid to ourselves or someone else (like fall off the platform in the tube and get smashed to bits), they can be held liable and be sued. So I think it's a good thing that they didn't provide us with free drinks. Think for more than 2 seconds people!

Plus the fact that there were people under 18 there who probably would have taken the free alcoholic drinks :mellow:
