How long can you last without sleep?

Featured Replies

Considering I'm very tired but I need to stay up a bit longer, this is probably a bad thread to make.

Regardless!

Maybe its because I haven't been training or my piss poor diet but lately I can't go for more then a day without sleep, I had a few hours last night and I'm absolutely drained. At a high point I could go for quite a few days (Like, 4, we're talking hallucinations kindof sleep depravation)

Oooohiiie boy.

Except for about 2 minutes about 30 hours in

when i fell asleep on my friends computer desk, but she quickly woke me up.

I was really awake just until i went to sleep. I don't know how ito be honest. :laugh4:

Watching snooker and feeling sleepy is such a bad combination.

The first time I read this I thought you said masturbation

I stayed awake for about 23 hours cos of New Year's Eve, probably could've stayed awake longer but I was bored.

I'd like to try again, but I need to find something to do during all that time, something I don't have to think about much.

Tops of 2 or 3 days.

However my sleeping schedule is horrible. For the past few days I've been up until 2am because my Math Teacher told me 2 days ago that we have Midterms on Friday. :dozey:

I've never tried, I think I've slept every night of my life. I realize now that I'm a complete nerd, I really should try being awake at least 24 hours sometime...

Be silly. Works for me.

I listen to music, jump around, drink lots of water..

Well, that would probably be bad too.

NEVER?! Yes you are a complete nerd. Stay awake damnit!

Hm, back in like, September, I stayed up a full 32 or so hours... except it was hell. I forced myself to stay up, and did a lot of physically strenuous activities. But generally, not more than 19 hours.

But I have school tomorrow :disappointed:

I tried reading after 22 hours, didn't go well.

But I'll keep your advice in mind...

3 days. Any more than that and the tiredness starts getting too much :P

for me it's close to a day. I usually don't like staying up for an extremely long period of time

My sister was in labor for 72 hours with my nephew.

I think that's the longest I've ever been up. So, 72 hours. :D
