As a rule of thumb, I only date people that I can wheel around in their wheelchair and whose height of intellectual being consists of drooling or yelping loudly. It does my self esteem wonders.

that's ingenious

I think smarter. I'm easily confused and very paranoid so it might be nice to have someone helping me make sense of things. D:

That happens to me sometimes I guess. Go out there and meet smart people, is my suggestion, I suppose.

How about dating someone whom you can actually relate to with similar interests?

Carry on, relationships are overrated, and love doesn't exist.

Well, just because they're smarter doesn't mean that you can't have the same likes and dislikes.

So then what's your girlfriend to you, Rishombre?

Wow, you're so jaded and cool!

She's a special case, and not a hopeless case.

Couldn't agree more with you.

What's jaded mean?

Fucked up.

Can I be jaded too? :wacky:

No seriously, I've had advances from a really stupid guy and it was just totally unattractive and bad. But I wouldn't mind if they were moderately stupider than me, at least on a tolerable level, but nobody would want extremes on both ends of the spectrum anyway

Smarter or around the same level as me.

I am not a troller. :inquisitive:

I don't know

If he was smarter than he'd treat me like I was stupid and if he was stupid.. well.. he'd be stupid and thats just not good.. right?..

smarter than or equal to my smartness level

I am not a troller. :inquisitive:

I dunno, posting in all relationship-related threads "LOVE DOES NOT EXIST LOVE IS OVERRATED" is a bit... you know. I think we get it by now...

Thank you Mr. Obama

I would probably prefer someone smarter because they would in turn influence me to be smarter.

Someone as smart as me.

Cos if they're stupider, I'll find myself having to explain things to them all the time. If they're smarter, they'll always be acting like complete smart asses therefore i will lose interest cos they'll make me feel stupid.

Now, If i'm with someone who is at around the same intellectual level, i'm bound to have great thought provoking conversations and such :wacky:
