Well, moderators remove them. Either we see them ourselves or see that another member has reported a post. (this little icon: ) Posts can also be reported when you think they contain something that offends you or others or is "harming" in any way. We receive a message about this and it'll be looked into. Also, if someone posts a thread in the wrong section we move it to the correct one or merge threads about the same topic into one.
