Game 6 tonight! Go Flyers!

I cannot believe I actually might MEET Danny Briere... and the others, of course.:P

And I seriously hope Chris Pronger runs Dustin Byfuglien into. The. GROUND. :veryangry2:

I think Philly has a shot at winning tonight! I am rooting for Chicago to win and the more games the better! Nothing is MORE exciting than a game 7!

I totally agree! And I rank for Chicago because of what happened with the Flyers and the Habs :disappointed:

Have fun :nice:

anyone notice how bufflin never looks happy? He just scored and it's as if his dad just died.

Hawks have been dominating play for the past ten minutes. Like one big endless powerplay.

:) Hate the flyers, glad this happened.

I didn't really like the ending. It was weird. How they didn't know if it went in at first and they started to awkwardly celebrate.

But I'm glad the Hawks won. ;)

:disappointed:

Horrible game. Shitty ending. Like Danny Briere said in his locker room interview "You can't win the Stanley cup and not even know if you won or not!" :P

The game was shit.

BUT.

I had like, an hour long conversation with Danny Briere afterwards. :cheesy:

^This. Especially that scumbag Hartnell.

I thought it was a great game. It was back and forth. Exciting tieing goal at the end of the 3rd. Overtime Stanley Cup winning goal, can't get much bigger than that.

Byfuglien's the fugly scumbag in my opinion.

Blackhawks don't deserve it.

It was horrible; in the Flyers locker room you could hear the celebration going on in the Blackhawks locker room.

I passed by one of the Blackhawks when leaving and coughed "douche" under my breath. He just shook his head and kept walking with his nose in the air. But it felt good.

Why didn't the Blackhawks deserve to win? They dominated.

Not really. Maybe it's my biased but it looked more even to me. The Flyers tied it up, didn't they?

The Flyers line, I think it was Leino, Briere, and Hartnell dominated the first few minutes of the OT. They fired and fired, but couldn't get the puck in the net. The Blackhawks had a lucky shot that got behind Leighton. You can't blame the goalie, but Leighton probably should've had that puck.

It was such an uncomfortable ending. "Wait, what? That got in? Did it really?"

The entire game was really close. Yeah, the Flyers had a few great chances that they screwed up. That's their responsibility. But honestly, that shot that ended it was seriously stupid. It wasn't exciting. It didn't show any talent on the Blackhawks side. It was just a lucky shove towards the goal.

Ah, well, maybe next year.

Chicago outshot Philly 41-24. They definitely outchanced them as well. Philly had less than 10 shots in each period of regulation. Like Richards said after the game, Chicago had all 4 lines rolling while Philly only had 3. Leino, Hartnell, and Brierre could only carry the team so far. Gagne was practically invisible all series. Richards did squat. Carter made no impact (although he was just coming off a big injury so you gotta give him a little more slack).

Also when Philly started to turn on the pressure Niemi came up with some huge saves.

I don't want to bitch, but one of Phillies goals was caused because Hartnell kicked the skates out from under Seabrook, so I don't think you can really complain about all the goals not being "good goals".

Sure Kane's goal wasn't the most impressive thing in the world, he was simply putting it on net. It was at a bad angle and sneaked through. I don't think it was a stupid goal though. A stupid goal would have been if it were tipped in by somebody on Philly or went off a skate or something like that. It was a clean goal, right in. Leighton wasn't playing the angle properly and had a gap in his pads. But I'm glad it wasn't a controversial goal or anything.

BUT.

:stunned: Really?
