I think I might go into depression.

Featured Replies

So, ever since like Octoberish, I've pretty much been living with my boyfriend at school. I sleep in his room, spend all my time there, study there, do everything there, I even shower there half of the time.

But now, the school year is over. And I have to go home tomorrow. We live in the same town, but it's not the same.

And it's never gonna be the same. 4 months of sleeping without him, not being around him all day.

Maybe I'm pathetic, but I think I'm depressed. This is our last night, he's showering right now before we go to dinner. It's gonna be over so fast.

Then 4 months apart. The room is already all packed up. I feel like this is home.

I wanna cry. I already did multiple times to be honest.

How do I avoid depression?

You won't go into depression.

It's not as if it's a long term break of your relationship, realise that. So you'll get to see him less, it really isn't the end of the world.

Honestly prospekt, you must be the least dramatic drama queen on this forum. I kid yo, enjoy the summer!

Weeellll....you can still see each other and have a relationship!

If you really want to spend that much time with him, you could get an apartment together (I guess that could depend on how old you are) or rent a cabin? Just some ideas.

I'm not actually gonna go into depression. I was exaggerating.

I'm just sad is all.

It's like having to give your dog away.

Well at least you're not still stuck in a room with the "fume"-mate you were talking about!

You should count your blessings!;)

Yeah but I got a room transfer in like January. So I had a single room which I seldom used.

Fo' shizzle.

On a similar note, I have no idea wtf to major in.

My first major was Psychology. But that only lasted a semester.

I am planning to study this next fall. Why did it only last a semester?

Oh, Outkast why of all names did you choose mine...

Even if you do get depressed; you are among millions in the world. It is a constant battle for even the best of us. Life is tough.
