I am but I grew up in the UK and actually know very little about American history, and I can't name all the States:laugh3:.

 

I don't know anything much about Lithuaniaian history either:embarrassed:, we did a bit of Russian history at school though, with the Tsars and 1917 Revolution.

haha, you know, Lithuanians always wanted the help from USA, especially after WW1. so here were a joke that Lithuania is the 51-st state of America :D

Our history is difficult because we were kingdom, duchy, common country with Poland, when divided and one part was in Russia and another in Prusia, and when all independent, and later all belonged to Russia again and independent since 1991 :)

That does sound quite complicated to learn,I found English history quite interesting,especially from The Industrial Revolution to WW2.

Just out of interest does the Lithuanian language use the Roman alphabet like English,French,German,Spanish or the Cryllic one like Russian?.

We are learning about Industrial Revolution right now :D

we use Roman, but we have some extra letters like: ĄČĘĖĮŠŲŪŽ ;)

haha, i'm learning russian at school. but i don't like the language, i don't know why. but i have very good marks of it because i have a good teacher and it's the last year and i'm not going to take an exam :D
