What have you learned today?

Featured Replies

I learned that somebody at school's parents have 50 brothers and sisters.

Are you sure it was 50 and not 15? But anyhow, when one of these 50 brothers/sisters has birthday - well, what a party in Canada that must be! It must have been very crowded for the parents with all these children!! And expensive to feed them!

No, 50! They're from Kenya, and apparently that's a normal family size. :freak:

Okay, because in some African countries men are "entitled" to have more than one wife - some of them have 3 wives, and the wives may be pregnant at the same time so that it adds up.

I also learned that I have been here exactly 11 months and just before pressing 'submit reply' on this I had exactly 6,000 posts.

Considering I didn't post between November and April I've posted for 6 months. 1,000 posts is a nice amount I think.

*goes to put album in sig, then to the goodnight thread*

6,000 posts in 6 months - that is not only well done - it is really impressive.

That respiratory infections can actually be identified by symptoms and not just lab tests and I was overreacting cos I try desperately to make a stupid diagnosis even if I'm still not qualified or prepared to do it.

Silly me.

wednesday mornings suck:

I didn't have a 50 cent coing to take a warm shower so I had to take an ice cold one. Taht's why my hair suck now. Now I am in a "rush breakfast" which sucks and I'll be too late for work which suck....

Today I learned that if you change you sig then it doesn't change how all of your posts look, just your future posts. On this page higher up on my previous posts I have no sig, whereas this post will have one.

How weird.

That's really weird. But I think the same happens to your post count. But I am sure.

I have learned today that my sister talked to a terrorist who shot a politican Haha

:laugh3:

Was she lying to you or just mistaken?

Hahaha no no I have been talking about the postcount thing. It is still true that my sister talked to a terrorist who shot that man in the 70s. Omg
