No pointless threads Im fine with...and its not that theyre pointless, Its that theres so many threads for individuals on here so they'll have a place to chat or whatever when they can just as easily visitor message with their friends or add them on a social networking site.

So? It's still a thread that maybe lots of people dislike but they don't go and post there or make a thread complaining about the bashing Gwyneth thing.

 

Sometimes people can't use instant messaging or social networks cos they might be banned from certain places. Like schools, in some people can't access Facebook or other places because school thinks they make them waste study time.

I used my iPod touch to talk here once I got like 2 hours to rest and felt like doing nothing cos the school firewall wouldn't allow FB, MSN or other shit. So yeah.

gena i'm talking general. i've been here since 2003, that's plenty lot of time to have seen many things and the evolution of this place.

 

the vm was a recent thing and the the social groups too.

the previous way to socialize here was through the lounge or people threads as you say, i guess even having the new social networks, people keep the personal threads as is easier or as a tradition if you prefer to call it that way.

 

anyways other people socialize here simply through coldplay section or world of music, is a matter of choice, now you have given many options, and everyone choose what they like most i guess
