What is it like for you to fall in love?

Ignore how cheesy that sounds.

Seriously. I think I've forgotten how it feels like to have crushes and those loveydovey shite.

It is like taking mescaline then chaining a pack of 20 Lucky Strikes during a prostate massage.

But really..... what's happened Em?

There must be a serious lack of attractive men where you are :disappointed:

This.

I'm still kinda confused about what you're asking. :uhoh:

It has only to do with attractiveness?

hahaha I wish.....then I would have been in love more than never....:disappointed:

i have fallen in love once

had several crushes but wouldnt call that love

im not a big fan of relationships i guess you could say

i dont like jumping into something for just 2 weeks if that

I've had sooo many crushes, but I've only been in love once. :nice:

I guess you just feel sweet, happy all the time. Sometimes I'll randomly start laughing if I remember something they've said. I love getting messages from them that just make you all...haha warm and jittery? Like, the random 'I love you kissy face' texts. :shy:

Is that what you're asking? :laugh3:

if i know i wont last longer than a week with a girl then i dont even waste my time

I have never been in love or had major crushes, so I am no help to you in answering that question.

Pointless post!

Yossarian has only fallen in love properly once and it has left him with a complete inability to fall in love with a person again. Fortunately for Yossarian this inability is complimented by his new found ability to fall in love with objects, animals, images, films and albums, which he does on a daily basis.

Ignore how cheesy that sounds.

Having crushes is fun! You know, having your heart skip a beat whenever your crush catches your eye. And you can feel yourself blushing when you notice them noticing you... (OMG sounds like that Akon song... :\ :laugh3:)

MAJOR CHEESINESS COMING UP! (You asked for it, Lyvie!)

Falling in love is totally different. The first time I fell in love, it was scary and at the same time completely awesome. Scary because I was so concerned about how long the relationship would last, how long before he realises that I'm a complete weirdo, how long he'd be able to put up with my weirdness before he'd find it annoying, etc... But I discovered there was no point over analysing these things, and at that the only way to find out was to jump in with both feet! That was five years ago, and yet I still regularly fall in love all over again with the same dude I fell for the first time. :D

How does it feel? Comforting. To know that someone's there to support you all the time, to know that someone actually appreciates all the little things that you do that other people may find annoying or weird... To know that you are capable of making another person happy just by being yourself... It's good. :nice:

Oh yes, this too. :nice:

But being in love isn't always rainbows and butterflies. It involves a lot of compromising and a lot of time understanding each other. When we have disagreements, we don't say we 'argue'. Instead, we say that we're 'solving a problem'. I know it's just replacing a word with a phrase, but it makes a big difference to how we look at it and deal with it.

But yeah, generally, being in love is nice and comforting. Like being wrapped in a warm blanket.

Not sure what it's like for other... more... sexual couples though. :laugh3: We won't be discovering that bit until we're married...

:laugh3:

To be honest, I have yet to see the "solving a problem" side of a relationship. :uhoh:

Some guys are butts. :mean:

:uhoh:

At the moment it's quite sad, really. I sit and wait for a reply, but none comes. I think about him a lot... but he's too busy with his bitch. Ugh...
