bjaiken
The list of most influental would be something like... Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Pet Sounds Highway 61 Revisited Rubber Soul Revolver Couldn't really say. This is a pretty good summary of the albums that are widely thrown around on most "greatest albums" lists - at least the ones I've viewed.
Reilly
Did you view them on a Beatles forum? As incredible as they are you can't give 3 out of 5 of the greatest albums ever to one band.
Lore
Sgt Pepper is good but it's not even the best Beatles album

Haha...Says who? I could argue that at least 2 other Beatle albums belong in the top 5 (White Album, Abbey Road).
MrMagpie
I think earlier stuff that spawned both rock and roll as well as hip hop was "greater" since it had more of an influence.

The Escapist
I laugh at these greatest albums of all time lists because in 20 years they will be completely different.

deaths_friend
^^ a lot of the songs off that album have gone on to becoming some of the best live songs ever. so calling it your favourite album isnt as much of a crime as you might think. :P
