How would you react to the news that Coldplay was over?

Featured Replies

I know, but I can't help it! :\

But Chris is probably just kidding about LP5 being their last. ... I hope.

Well most of the time he's kidding around, so there's no reason to think it's any different this time.;)

Well, if Coldplay was over, there would be some new band. Probably a warmer one :-P

After all, Paul McCartney made some good pieces even after the Beatles disbanded.

Paul McCartney? :inquisitive: Made some good pieces? And aren't we forgetting 3 other brilliant musicians? :worried:

Aha?

Chris said that 'X&Y' was going to be the last Coldplay album in NME too.

I believe the exact quote on the front cover was 'THIS WILL BE THE LAST COLDPLAY ALBUM EVER'

though it was really skewed from what he actually said, and that was 'This SHOULD BE the last Coldplay album' - because he's a worrier; there's really nothing to worry about, he's said a few times recently that he thinks rockstars 40+ have already passed their best and that's what he means, they want to get the best out of themselves before then.

Ohno, you didn't just say that :blank:

You don't agree?:stunned:
