I'm doing it at the friend of a friend of a friend's house.

So yeah, i don't know half of the people and don't know where i'm really going :blank:

As there will be alot of booze there, my friends tend to get absolutely wrecked on a few drinks and get unbearably annoying.

You mean like "OH MY GOD, I'M SO DRUNK!" after one bottle of alcohol free beer?

^These kind of people are soo annoying >.<

I'm surprised to see how many people will spend it at home with family. I haven't done that since I was 13, I think.

I'll spend it with my friends, partying in a chalet in the Alps :awesome: !

Lucky you! :O

Yeah I'm surprised too, I'll party with friends as well :awesome:

Depends on what kind of mess they leave the place in!:P

It shouldn't be too bad hopefully, we're not planning on staying here for very long. That's why I didn't want to organise a house party!

I can't decide if it's annoying, sad or funny.

I would go with all three.

Oh, it's a little funny ridiculing them :wacky:

But yeah, I would agree with this...

I would go with all three.
Definitely not funny!

There's a huge difference between laughing at people and laughing with people :anxious:

It's funny watching how stupid they look and they don't realise it. :wacky:

At home, in front of the computer. Virtual celebration ftw, mother fuckers.

but aren't you gonna throw some coins and blow a make-shift trumpet later? :s

True. Especially if you manage to capture it on video so you can embarrass them with it afterwards!

...I might consider doing that. :P

Please do, and make sure you post the vids afterwards, so we can all have a good laugh!

I'll go to the capital city and party with my friends! Haven't seen them for 3 months so it's going to be so great and so much fun! :awesome:

at home as simple as that, not too fancy meal, and may go to the neigbours for a bit after the grapes, or for them, dunno.

anyways since last year i 'celebrate' it twice

In what way?

in spain there's a tradition that midnight bells are televised and people eat 12 grapes, one for each 'hour' bell at 12.

is meant to bring good luck for the 12 months of next year.

first advert after that is the most expensive of the year, kinda like the bowl thing in US. And many channels battle to have the best host for the bell thing, but every year any fails

in portugal they do the same with raisin.

in the way that i celebrate it spanish and portuguese time :P so twice.
