Ukulele? That's so cool! :cheesy:

Learning counts as playing! :P And I'm sure you're fantastic and you're just lying. :P

Tin whistle ;D

Edit* I haven't played one in years but I'm guessing I could still play it.

I've never heard of that.

*googles it*

Will Champion has played one :charming:

Going by wikipedia, and you can always trust Jimmy Wales.

I play acoustic guitar and suck at it, does that count?

:disappointed:

Oh, it's like a recorder! :cheesy: I played one (a recorder, not a tin whistle) in 3rd grade. :wacky:

And that's true, Jimmy Wales speaks no lies.

I don't believe you. :snobby:

And yes that does count. :P

I played recorder when I was 10, that was about 10 years ago. :|

You don't believe I can play guitar? :disappointed:

Guitar (acoustic, electric), piano, trumpet.

I would say it's easier to play than one.

d - all six holes covered

e - take off bottom finger

f # - take off bottom two fingers

g - have only the top three fingers on the holes

b - have only two fingers on the holes

a - only have the top finger on the holes

c # - fingers on the second and third hole from the top.

high d - all the bottom five fingers.

And that's it basically.

Teaching myself how to play piano. Wish I had more time to do so. :|

Wow, that is really simple.

I played the violin for 11 years, stopped playing 5 years ago.

And I can sort of suckily play the keyboard. :cheesy:

My cousin played violin too! :cheesy:

It seems so difficult. :dizzy:

I play clarinet and can sort of play acoustic guitar.

Another clarinetist! Woot! :awesome: *high five* :wacky:

I got a five string bass guitar over the summer and have been trying to teach myself how to play. ...but then like everything else it got sidetracked by school.

I have an acoustic guitar and took classes in college. Don't practice enough to not suck.

Took piano lessons for years as a kid but never really learned anything.

I like playing a little wooden thumb thing I got last year... it sounds like a music box.

And I'm working on building my own electronic noisemaking thing, so I guess you could say I play it... once it's finished.

I used to play flute in 7th grade, but I've pretty much completely forgotten how it's been so long.

That's a lot of instruments! :P

Edit: That's a lot of instruments, you can't play. I'M IMPRESSED! :wink3:

:laugh3: I just keep trying things until I hopefully someday find something I don't suck at. Which is silly because any instrument takes practice. But ADD and practice don't mix well. So I'll keep trying to practice my bass in the meantime, while always trying new things.

I feel like there was another thread like this.

Anyhow, here's how I voted:

-Brass: trumpet, played since I was 8.

-Guitar: Been playing for a year.

-Bass: I don't own one but I know how to play as a result of playing guitar, so every chance I get I play a bass.

-Drumset: Again, don't own one, but I know how to play. I'm not that great though but I can play a simple beat..I think the hardest song I can do in full is Yellow (and it's not that hard :p).

-Piano: played since I was 7.
