Your thoughts on the afterlife for pets.

Featured Replies

I don't think pets can live after they die. I think they're gone for good. So essentially all dogs don't go to heaven.

I voted.

But why don't you think there is an afterlife (if there's even such thing) for them?

I don't think animals have souls. They just want food.

All dogs DO go to heaven. Saw the movie. Like wikipedia, movies don't lie.

Those movies scared me so much. :|

my dog definitely went to heaven. and mr frodo (my rabbit), too.

I hope that they do go to heaven. :uhoh:

this :uhoh:

do anyone here fear that dead pets' ghost will chase them once they cross the light or what?

why think if there's an afterlife for pets? btw thinking a pet have no soul cause they are animals is so medieval. haven't you heard someone is planning to give some rights as non-human animals to the dolphins since according to them is proven they follow a given plan to accomplish along their life instead of simply act by instinct as most non-human animals do?

if one is non religious and just a practical person the best 'afterlife' for any animal is that they have any breed, so their genetics will keep around.

^^no, I've never thought of "animal ghosts" but it would make sense if they have an afterlife...

but I'd like to think they do have an afterlife and go to heaven...:uhoh: I just don't want to find out just yet :P

They are incapable of remembering the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

I think that's the only commandment they all break, obviously some kill - though usually not their own species.

Many have sex before marriage too, though only adultery is in the commandments and since they cannot get married they don't commit this.

Verdict - not only do they not go to heaven, they all go to hell.

I bet there is a heaven for dogs

Jesus has a special place for all his creations, y'all

Like call of duty zombie dogs

I really hope that they do go to heaven because my cat died two days ago and I'm so sad. I think she got knocked over by a car but we're still not sure :(
