April 11, 201115 yr Author Split it into two or three and we'll stick them all up. Try separating them and saying why they are different though. Whether it's instruments, time period, happy or sad etc.
April 11, 201115 yr yeah it's been pretty nice recently, because it is not only threads and discussions about certain bands....rather about music, bands and genres in general....I think more people are able to contribute now (including me since I am usually not into the bands that have their own thread too much...)

May 11, 201115 yr Arcade Fire , I mean I wish I could like more Arcade Fire , I like some songs but I wish I could know more songs but every time I try to listen to one song I don't like it , I feel like they have good material but haven't found it yet :\ I could recommend a few Keane songs if anyone wants it (can't use Spotify in my country, god knows I've tried)
May 12, 201115 yr Great idea for a thread, thanks Braddock. I had a similar experience with The Smiths, I've always been a huge fan of Johnny Marr and I have every post-Smiths album he participated in. But I used to find Morrissey's vocals irritating beyond belief which put me off them for years 'til I heard 'Panic' one day and I'm a fan ever since. Back to topic, I'd appreciate it if someone made some Jesus & Mary Chain recommendations.
May 12, 201115 yr Author Oasis playlist : http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=D7322B76193B60E3 Thanks! Is anyone still interested in any of the playlists I promised? Yeah man, bang them up! Even if nobody sees them straight away it'd be cool if someone stumbled upon them in the future via this page. I could recommend a few Keane songs if anyone wants it (can't use Spotify in my country, god knows I've tried) Go for it! Spotify seems to be on the way down anyway, so youtube playlists will be where it's at once again. Back to topic, I'd appreciate it if someone made some Jesus & Mary Chain recommendations. I'll second this request.
May 12, 201115 yr I'll compile a Joanna Newsom playlist and a jazz playlist when I get home in about 10 days.
May 21, 201115 yr Author I imagine if I had a way into Nick Cave and his various works, that would be rewarding. Any suggestions?
