Does Coldplaying Still Do Alias Day?

Featured Replies

I would like to to take part in this event :awesome:

The first was the best, the rest were not as good. Maybe cos the first, nobody knew what to expect.

The first was definitely the best, though I enjoyed the second almost ascmuch. I wish we had more of these group events to keep us busy since the album is a way off yet.

For 24 hours members were allowed to create an alias account and interact as their aliases. People tried at the end to guess which alias was played by which member. It was really silly but a lot of fun!

I remember either the 2008 or 2009 one was pretty good at least. The ones after that were pretty awful though, the last one was so forced and just... baddy bads that we stopped bothering

But maybe after such a break it will be better

yeah i miss those days omg but i was so obvious but this time no one will know

I remember it being and how pissed I was in forgetting to take part of it

so if you decide to do a new one I'm in :awesome:

what is alias day I am confused

people creating a new account like Justin Bieber for example or something more silly like 'pigeon'

and then acting like that

big fun sometimes

You would create a second account for 24 hours and post as that character. Then people would try and guess which alias was played by which person.

Multiple accounts are against forum rules, so it could only happene with Ian's permission.
