i am in love with his blue jacket from the ETIAW video and all the festivals. anyone know who makes it or anything close?

I want to do the jacket , but I don't really know how I going to do the sprials :D

I heard it's from surgery, but I could be wrong. :shrug: If it is, I can't remember what the surgery was specifically for.
