Coldplay.com problem

Featured Replies

For some reason when ever there is news on Coldplay.com, where they post pictures or something, eventually I can't keep scrolling down even though I can see half of another picture...

http://www.coldplay.com/newsdetail.php?id=754

Like here, can you guys see all the photos? I can't see the full photo underneath the "Stern toilets" one. I can only see half of the next photo which looks like a tunnel or something...

Is this only me?

It happens the same to me, I was taking a look at the pictures from yesterday's gig at Poland and I can't keep scrolling down. I keep refreshing the page and more pictures are shown but I can't see them all, though.

oh I thought it was something on my computer but I'm not the only one :)

The page says:

NB: If this page won't load fully for you, please click here.

Okay so i tried it again and it worked..up until the Guy picture :wink3:

But seriously its not working

Same, just use the mobile site's version of the same page and scrolling should work better.

same for me...

but I solved this problem using the mobile version of the site

you can do that putting "mobile/" after "www.coldplay.com/" and before "newsdetail ..."

:dozey:

Yep I had the same problem but I F5ed and everything is good again !

For anyone using Safari, click the "Reader" button at the end of the URL bar. It fixed the problem for me :)

Tried to fix it with Chrome and Safari and its still not working...

Maybe we should ask The Oracle to get someone to fix that!

So Ive sent a question to Oracle that we have problems and that she asks someone who is in-charge of that to fix it! :)

edit. yeah I saw it. :D Ahhh well. Its my ever first Oracle. Never mind. :) Glad they know there's a problem. :)

Hi

Is anyone still having problems with the site? We've been looking into it but it all looks fine from our end.

If you can let me know which browser you're using: Safari, Firefox, IE etc. and what problems you are having, it may help us to get a better overall picture.

Hi Debs -

I am able to access Coldplay.com today just fine, using Explorer.

Yesterday I accessed the site without any problems using Firefox.

So... no problems here.

That probably doesn't help much though.

I'm also using Firefox and I have no problems accessing the website :)

The only thing for me is I can't get the youtube videos for ETIAW, MTM, or MM to appear.

Although there is another glitch that has been in existence for awhile, nothing huge though:

In the Recordings section, for the ones that have the Art History (Safety, Brothers and Sisters), the font is black. But, since the background is black, that means you can't see any of the text (unless you right click / highlight the text). So people won't know that the story is really there.

Now I do have some problems :(

^^That happened to me but I just refreshed the page and it went back to normal

Same here, I'm using Chrome. The rest works fine, the problem when scrolling down has been solved :)
