no I think you jsut have to extract them with all the 3 parts together.

Yes you have : if you open only one part of the archive, you'll that the name of the file is "complete webcast -->", which means it's just a part of the file. And if you look at the file size, you'll see something like 622 000 b whereas only one part of the archive is just 292 000 b large.

 

I D/L'd part 1 but It won't work for me for the others. At least not today.

If it's winrar files, you need to download winrar:

Just make sure all 3 parts are in the same folder and extract part 1 and the rest should follow

no if you watch the screen behind them you can see that man taking the pic ( that was in the beginning of the webcast), that's Adam.
