Radiohead

Featured Replies

OKay okay. I need your advice Radiohead fans.

So before, all I really had was The Best Of album.

This I listened to In Rainbows recently. Love Love Love.

So I'm wondering which album I should download to listen to next. Probably the one most similar to In Rainbows. But I dunno, In Rainbows seems quite different than the others. But what do I know about Radiohead.

PS. I was watching that Scotch Mist thing yesterday. Pretty awesome.

PSS. When's the next album coming out?

Ok Computer :D

  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

Hmm.. I'll guess I'll wait for more responses and pick the most popular one. Althoug I am leaning towards OKC cause I just read the last couple of pages and like 30 people said how OKC changed their life.

Also, I guess I never really payed any attention to this before or cared to. But Thom can make his voice go pretty freaking deep. Like on "Jigsaw..", it didn't even sound like him.

I guess that's what I get for listening to Karma Police, Fake Plastic Trees, High and Dry, Airbag, Talk Show Host<3 and pretty much the whole Best Of or whatever over and over.

Talk Show Host = BRILLIANT!!!

You can also check out Thom's solo work.

I personally think it's great.

Hmm.. Yeah. I've only heard Black Swan and love it.

But I think I'm gonna go for OK Computer first.

Yessss...thats your best bet. Then try The Bends :):):)

Whatever's best for you :nice:

But if you get the chance to listen to him, I'd highly recommend "Atoms for peace"

OKC's No Surprises is wonderful.

I know right. I think that might be my favorite song of theirs. Well like top 5 at least. :P

All those you mentioned are from The Bends/OK Computer era, so I'd go with those... but honestly you can't go wrong with getting any of them (except perhaps Pablo Honey which I'd wait for if I was you)

I like this Twilight soundtrack idea :P

I'm gonna go spam my twilight liking friends...

"Did you like the song they played in the credits?" "uhh..." " Well look at THIS and THIS and THIS" etc...

and lol 100 posts :smug:

I just found this video on youtube and I got so pissed off!!!

Put it at around 2:25...Lily Allen is so stupid....

But thom's part in the end is priceless :D:D:D:D

Seriously!! How does it "devalue" music?? In Rainbows was a grammy nominated album, whereas her album is shit!

I guess she had the dumb idea that giving it away like that would be bad for the industry.

Truth be told, it was the same. Nowadays people don't buy cd's.

In Rainbows is truly a piece of perfection.

Well said :D I loved In Rainbows. It was the 1st Radiohead album I bought... Since then I've been going backwards. lol

Here I started with Kid A back in 2002/03. Then went backwards.

I liked Hail to the thief, and as soon as I listened to In Rainbows when it came out I just fell completely and undeniably in love with it.

Yer I started with In Rainbows and thought it was amazing.

then I heard OK Computer then The Bends then Kid A then HTTT then Amnesiac THEN Pablo Honey and since then lots and lots of live stuff :D
