classic: the great dictator, metropolis.

western: 3 godfathers

animated: ice age, toy story, bee movie, ponyo.

the name of the rose, a beautiful mind, american beauty, pay it forward, as good as it gets, matrix I, the recruit, phone booth.

more recent: inception, eagle eye, into the wild

teenage movies: final destination, the faculty, cruel intentions, a walk to remember.

 

those are the first i can think of. :thinking:

 

i shall watch some mentioned here.

I can't just pick one by some of my top favorites would be: Alien, Mr. Holland's Opus, Jaws, As Good as it Gets, The Terminal, Vanilla Sky, The Dark Knight, Aliens
