I don't think people are really trying to defend celebrities, but are trying to stop people from belittling other who like certain bands/artists.

So me I think people defend their favorite celebrities because they identify with.

 

but I never see the identification of celebrities because it's people bands/artists who are really strange and difficult to identify. :\

 

So I wonder why much time not respected among the members of this forum for the celebrities

I don't really know what this thread is about, but there is no "war" regarding celebrities as far as I know, just differences of opinion.

It only becomes a problem when people start getting "personal", instead of just defending the celebrity concerned, if that's what they want to do.;)

All people who choose to be in the public eye are open to criticism as well as praise. It happens to Coldplay all the time........................
