There's no way the Japanese retailers have the album yet. The only people in the album in Japan would be journalists and they are given albums with security codes in them, so if a journalist leaked it - EMI would know who it was and their career would be over.

I just don't believe anyone has anything til they cough up proof, so I'm not getting worked up over this guy--a lot of people just like the attention. That said, we're in the timeframe that it's most likely to leak, so I think we're extremely close and he could potentially have it. I'm thinking tomorrow or the next day.

He definitely doesn't have it, and I doubt he knows anyone that does. If he's in the industry at all, he should know that giving it to a pool of 25 people that aren't otherwise authorized to have it NEVER WORKS.
