September 9, 201114 yr Umm we've had Yellow Green Eyes White Shadows Violet Hill. And no "Golden Arrow" on the tracklisting - so it is the first Coldplay album not to feature a "coloured" title. (Unless GA ends up being a hidden track, but yeah they've already got 14 tracks, they can't put EVERYTHING on, can they?)
September 9, 201114 yr hehe...I was just getting ready to point out Charlie BROWN.....the admin beat me to it!
September 9, 201114 yr Ahah a bit embarrassing there. But I have no idea why anyone thought Golden Arrow was a title anyway. It was just 2 words written on a wall.
September 9, 201114 yr omg shoot me this is pretty embarassing please lock this You poor soul you. :/
September 9, 201114 yr But brown is technically a color. Like "Violet Hill." A HILL can't be freakin' Purple. The flowers on it can be, but that's either the name of a hill or a flower, neither of which is a color.
September 9, 201114 yr lolololol Haha but yeah, they're really not mentioning color I guess, part of a name.
September 9, 201114 yr But if in Yellow he's talking about the color, and in green eyes he's talking about the color and in white shadows he's talking about the color and I'm not sure about Violet Hill it was based on Jonny's daughter I think? But if it's about the color then if in Charlie Brown it's about the name then they aren't talking about the color. ^This all sounds messed up.
September 10, 201114 yr I don't think the color has to be a reference to anything. I think it just has to be there. It's still awesome to have a song with a color on each album. Whatever it might represent!
September 10, 201114 yr Charlie BROWN? omg shoot me this is pretty embarassing please lock this Don't feel bad. Keep the thread open. I made one about 9/11 and the release date of Paradise and got sooooooo many haters. :laugh3:
