Don Quixote (Spanish Rain) hidden track?

Featured Replies

It's a beautiful instrumental. It's also a shame that's all we heard of it.

:( Yeah, this is one of my favorites since the Viva era. Hopefully one day the band will revisit it and officially release the song. In fact, I wouldn't mind an album full of songs like Famous Old Painters.

I'm really hoping LP6 will be nice, stripped and relaxing. I wouldn't mind a Famous Old Painters album, either.

There wont be any hidden tracks.

^No, all we have is the instrumental :\

Was it definitely the real version then? I wasnt convinced that it wasnt a fake!

I think it was real. Obviously, we have no confirmation.

But to me it sounds like it was integrated kind of into Christmas Lights. It sounds similar.

Yeah, I suppose it does. I always liked that instrumental it had a Coldplay feel to it but I was sceptical! ;)

You're only thinking about LP6 now?!? i'm already thinking about LP42! :D

haha if they spend 3.5 years between each LP, they're gonna be about 250 years old when lp42 is released

car kids will defo be something :D

k.

People need to lay off posters who haven't been on the forum for long. The only reason everyone is annoyed at people for these threads is they have nothing better to do. Hopefully once the album drops your boredom will shift and you'll all calm down.

That said, those on here are aware Spanish rain isn't likely to show up.

However, its dumb to say car kids has no chance of being released. It's all over the graffiti...

^ I agree. It's probably going to be released.

I just don't get why people are so obsessed with Car Kids.

It's crazy. Never seen such an obsession about an album title (that isn't that cool or special after all).

But for Don Quixote, not a chance it will be released, it was more part of the previous era.

Does a version of Car Kids even exist? I would like to add it to my music library if it does.

No. We literally have nothing except the name of a potential track.

Such an obsession is ludicrous.

I wouldn't mind Spanish Rain or Wedding Bells backing a single but I really doubt it'll happen. Car Kids should either show up on an EP or backing Charlie Brown.

I love both Spanish Rain and Wedding Bells, but I'd rather have any B-sides and hidden tracks be songs we never heard. Sure Spanish Rain and Wedding Bells are live (and in Spanish Rain's case not the best quality) but I'm sure we'll see them one day on "The Coldplay Anthology" or something:D
