Does anyone else agree? I always have the volume too loud when HLH starts. Maybe I just saw them perform it live too many times.

Yeah, i know what you mean. It's the same With AHT and DLIBYH. I guess they really just wanted it to impact you when the intro is over. Sort of like building up to the song like AHP does for DLIBYH

Mine too. I think it goes from not too loud to very loud, which is good, because when HLH starts you're like OMG AMAZING!

I also think that all the instrumentals should be extended to full length tracks, possibly with lyrics, for an EP or b-sides!!

I agree too. I can definately hear the echoes of "so cold, so cold" at the end of MX. So in that respect it does not need to be any louder than it is.
