Did you guys notice that Hurts Like Heaven sounds so simillar to the "You thought you migh be a ghost" part in 42?

You're right, it's in the same key, and the vocal melody of 42 is extremely similar to the solo.

I agree with you, I noticed it on my first listen from the festivals

I noticed it a while ago, they fit perfectly

My dad said the exact same thing listening to it!!! (He still likes the song)

 

People may have a problem with it sounding similar, but I never noticed and I don't care, which is all that matters.
