perhaps everyone was just anxious to see Muse.. but I did find myself bobbing up and down to some of their tracks... I only enjoyed 2 songs of theirs.. but that 'saxaphone girl' got down!! She was jamming! lol :laugh3:

you know... as time passes.. I start to remember more stuff about the gig that night...

 

 

someone on the muse board had mentioned how Matt seemed 'disconnected' from the fans.. I didnt really notice that being it was my 1st gig.. but he did walk off stage at one point and no one knew what was going on.. Chris and Dom were like WTF? and then when Matt came back.. he had a techie with him (or a roadie) and they seemed to be discussing the 'sound' problem... Matt's mic (up front) seemed to be low.. and then he huddled with the rest of the guys and they decided to play again... before he had walked off.. the band had seemed to have started to play 'Dead Star'.. I've never heard this song I couldnt tell you.. but, at that point, thats when he walked off.. when he returned.. they started to play "Ruled By Secrecy"... *shrugs* I dont know... the sound was a bit off but it was all good for me... being a 'muse gig virgin'... at the end of the show... after they played "Stockholme Syndrome"... Matt left his guitar on top of his amp.... it made an awful feedback sound.. and he left it there for like a good 3-4 minutes until the roadies came to dismantle the stuff...I thought it was hilarious :laugh3: but I think that was his way of 'protesting' the sound... lol ahh gotta love him anyways. :kiss:

 

as I remember more stuff in discussion with fellow 'gig goers' i'll keep you all posted, and I should have piccies by this weekend.. :wink3: :cool:

Matt wasn`t very happy at V festival either, all he said to us was that they were a four piece tonight so bare with them...and when we were singing along he just looked a bit miffed and he couldn`t wait to get off at the end

in barcelona i don't remember, but in santiago de compostela... dom was the only one who spoke (although dom said "hola san diego" lol)... matt said "holaaa" at the beginnig, but nothing more...

oh good... now I dont fel so bad... I was so bummed at first because he didnt even stop to sign.. but rather walked and signed! :/ But.. like I said, overall.. it was a great show.. :cool:

all right kids!! I got piccies!!!! I'm going to try and post them on the web later today in an album... I dont have that many.... and not many came out 'great' but hey... it was a disposable camera.. and it took pretty decent pics! :) As for the one of me and Chris.. I look like a giant eskimo with all my winter gear.. and he's just loungin in his cool lookin leather jacket!! :laugh3: but I'll keep you posted.. I have to figure out how to do all this 'tech' stuff.. :embarrased:
