Hi Everybody,

 

I'm trying to get right "In My Place" Live Chorus licks that I find awesome but I can't find out everything. I've searched the forums, guitar pro tabs and even tutorials on youtube with no luck

you can probably do it all by ear because the whole thing is looped until the end

I was trying to figure this out a long time ago, but never had such a clear record. I'll try again in the next few days or something..

 

@timewarp, I guess if he/she could do it by ear, he/she did not have to ask.

I'm pretty sure it's that, Just listen to the video to find the strumming pattern. It's ringing like the video

For the part "X7X777", I found that when I heard him playing in other videos, it's nice.

I play this when I have to play this song. Just try.

 

Oh and I must say it : I was there when will messed up! this festival was so good :)!

Finally! I have transcribed it. i'm sure it's 100% the same riff he plays. i don't even know if anyone else check this site anyways...

 

don't forget that to play a song like In My Place or like most Coldplay songs, its not good enough to just play it right but you got that sound right too.
