I would have thought Wu Tang Clan, but then again the Sugar Puffs Monsters strength is unknown, I think everyone would bow out (Including Wu Tang) because they couldn't bear to hit Stephen Hawking as he's defenceless, and once they're out of the cage they'd stand by to see the Sugar Puffs Monster rip Hawking apart.
