I'm sure someone could draw a template up in 30 minutes and we would have an image ready for printing. Who is up for the challenge? We can flash mob Chris and see if he notices. Being that we cannot find the shirt it would be unlikely but certainly possible. Maybe remove one leaf or part of the design to make it different.
