The Creative Confetti Corner...

A few of us were discussing this in another thread and agreed it's worthy of it's own. So, what clever, creative things have Coldplayers done with their confetti?

I'm doing my door with it...it seems to stick to glass just by being soaked in water, so you don't need to damage it w ith tape or glue.:D

^thank you! I'd have it blown up to poster size, but it would probably give hubby a complex or something :laugh3:

I do not see the problem, Chris is a person unreachable, your husband can not be jealous of a celebrity have no sense.

if one day I have a boyfriend he will also live with pictures of celebrities that I have on frame.

Any guy I'm with is going to have to get used to my Coldplay obsession too. Fortunately, my guy has.:)

His previous owner named him Hydro, so he's Hydro Xyloto now, lol.

I need to find a better way to stick the butterflies to the glass though. A few have fallen off. I don't want to tape of glue them in case I need to move. If anyone comes up with something, let me know. :)

Maybe put the confetti between self-adhesive transparent foil (I don't know how it's called in english - the kind of thing one used to wrap books in before e-readers ;)) and then stick that to the door? That way the confetti stays whole if you have to remove it.

Do you mean 'laminating' it? I'd actually thought of that so I could put some on my shower walls.:) It costs a bit of money though, so I'd have to be really obsessed...

...oh wait...I AM!:D

No, for laminating you need heat and. I really have no idea if what I means exists anywhere else but in Germany, we call it "Bucheinschlagfolie" and it is transparent and completely sticky on one side. It would be more flexible than laminating it and you don't need a gadget for it. I tried to put a link to it here, but it doesn't work.

So I did some research as well and found cover clear® stick’n’peel™ (what a retarded name LOL)or just cover clear.

It's a foil that sticks to paper to protect it.
