It's Ellen's 1,400th show! She's celebrating with one of the funniest men in history, EDDIE MURPHY! He's starring in the film, "Tower Heist," and he has a lot of hilarious stories for our host!

 

Plus, an incredible performance by COLDPLAY of their beautiful song, "Fix You" -- on a very special Ellen stage!

 

I questioned whether this was a re-run because "Tower Heist" isn't exactly a new movie, but I also thought that CP had been on 'Ellen' only one time. So, if this is a re-run, Tash, follow behind me and clean up my mess. :P

This is the episode where she interviews Chris and Jonny too right?

It was the episode where they sang two songs and she interviewed Chris and Jonny. However, Ellen is in reruns until September so I think you'll only get the version of Fix You that was initially web-only.

They performed 5-6 songs for the audience but only 2 aired on the Ellen show last October. They must be showing one of the other songs that didn't originally air.

Yes, they only showed the two. The others may still be online.
