"The sunlight comes streaming through the holes"

No

And someone already mentioned UFO.

ALL THE CLUES:

Look at the 2nd picture.

There are 2 things.

Both have already been mentioned before.

Those 2 things/words are at the beginning and at the end of a line.

The line is unique and will lead you to the song.

The song is not an obvious one and it is not officially recorded. I have "a copy" though.

Sweet Marianne

"Kaleidoscopes that fall into the sun"

^Yeah he definetly got it

Are you sure? :D

Yes, the answer is Sweet Marianne.

Finally lol.

I admit I'm terrible with their unreleased songs. There are only a few I've heard. And I've never heard about this one. Sounds decent on my first listen.

How did you find out about this one? Is your name Marianne? ;)

Was the picture of the kaleidoscope so unclear? I had another one ready but it wasn't necessary anymore.

@guy42 go ahead with the next riddle.

LOL, no.

I think I discovered it once on YouTube. And I like it.

The line "Kaleidoscopes that fall into the sun" is one that stands out in the song, so a good candidate for a riddle.

it is Guy42's turn.

But if you want an answer:

Here's an Ode, ah, to deodorant

It's my thing, ah it's my favourite hygiëne

Well done :bandana:

Sorry I just felt like butting in :P:drunkjoe:

Was the picture of the kaleidoscope so unclear? I had another one ready but it wasn't necessary anymore.

@guy42 go ahead with the next riddle.

I just kept thinking "sun", "light", "yellow", "fire", "lines", and yes "kaleidoscope", but I never thought Coldplay put that into any line of a song so I threw it out haha.

Well done :bandana:

That's ok.

I'm an IT'er, so bits and bytes are no strangers to me. :D

@guy42 go ahead with the next riddle.

I actually even thought of a kaleidoscope but I never recognized that line of sweet marianne:D

~NEW RIDDLE~

Ok. Here you go. Name the next one in the sequence:

Princess of China

A Sky Full of Stars

Viva la Vida

???

Is it related to facts outside the song? (chart position, release etc)

hmm, they are related because of some words they have in common...

wild guess: Moving to Mars?

Is it related to facts outside the song? (chart position, release etc)

No.

hmm, they are related because of some words they have in common...

wild guess: Moving to Mars?

No and no.

Always in my head, Cemeteries of London, Lovers in Japan.... ?

No.

Was the picture of the kaleidoscope so unclear? I had another one ready but it wasn't necessary anymore.

@guy42 go ahead with the next riddle.

I suspected it was a kaleidoscope or sun but it sure wasn't obvious. Where did you get the copy? I want to hear it. Can you PM it to me please?

Maybe the pattern means 3-5-3-5

That's not the pattern. I think there's only one answer.

I was thinking of some pattern too but have to think about it.

A head full of dreams?

AHFOD

I was thinking of some pattern too but have to think about it.

A head full of dreams?

AHFOD

No.

Well, here are two hints:

--It has nothing to do with what album the songs appear on, or where they appear on an album, or whether they were played live, or how popular they are.

--There's a sequential pattern. For example, you can't put A Sky Full of Stars before Princess of China, etc.

Edit: I now realize that there's another song that meets my criterion, so there are 2 possible answers!
