Batman and Superman to team up in new film - "Batman vs. Superman"

Featured Replies

Well I like him as an actor, but I'm not sure if he can pull of a convincing Batman. IMO he just looks way too happy to play the constantly depressed Bruce Wayne <__<

And since Daredevil I just...

UGH

I would have preferred if Warner would have picked a new actor, someone who we don't know yet. I mean there are enough good ones out there ffs.

Well, I'll try to stay as neutral as possible.

It is hard to picture him as Batman indeed. Then again, as many have pointed out on the internet or here, Heath Ledger was a really unexpected choice too and he turned out great.

Or there could be another George Clooney situation :|

Superman actor Henry Cavill is also British

Yes Richard Armitage actually almost looks like Bruce Wayne.

Haha! Yeah. And Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield is British as well. Haha!
The British do it better :awesome:

Batnipplez :dead:

Bryan Cranston to play Lex Luthor

Love the choice. Would have loved Michael Rosenbaum but oh well.

:awesome:

DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Michigan Film Office has announced that the new Superman-Batman movie will be filmed in metro Detroit and throughout the state of Michigan.

The state approved $35 million in film incentives for the Warner Bros. picture.

Filming is expected to start in the first quarter of 2014. The production is expected to employ more than 400 Michigan workers. The project is expected to bring in millions of dollars to the local economy.

“This project will further strengthen the reputation of Michigan and metro Detroit as a premier film destination,” said Margaret O’Riley, director of the Michigan Film Office. “We look forward to the spotlight shining on our incredibly talented workforce and the businesses that support our film industry here in Michigan.”

“Detroit is a great example of a quintessential American city, and I know it will make the perfect backdrop for our movie,” stated filmmaker Zack Snyder. “Detroit and the entire state of Michigan have been fantastic collaborators, and we are looking forward to working together on this film.”

The new film will bring together two of the greatest Super Heroes of all time, Superman and Batman.
