Prince William soothes royal baby George with Coldplay lullabies

EXHAUSTED Prince William is singing Coldplay songs to baby George to get him to sleep

New dad Wills took the drastic action as his son is waking him and Princess Kate six times a night.

But his Chris Martin impersonation has not gone down well with everyone.

A royal insider said: “William had no idea it would be this tough.

“He’s using a bizarre tactic of belting out Coldplay anthems at all hours of the night even though he can barely hold a note.

“It’s even keeping Kate’s parents awake.” The source added: “His favourite song is Paradise and he also loves doing Yellow.

“Coldplay aren’t even his favourite band, but George responds to their songs the most and settles back down.”

Wills and Kate, both 31, decamped to the Middleton family home in Bucklebury, Berks, the day after George was born last week.

The insider said: “Wills is shattered by the morning so he heads to bed for a couple of hours and Kate springs back into action along with her parents.”

Singing the future heir of the UK Coldplay songs as an infant? Only good things can come from this...

Wait a second. No 'Don't Panic'??? Come on William...

I bet he'll sing 'Don't Let It Break Your Heart' after his first break up.

When the only mention of the source is this brief you know it's garbage.

So now Coldplay are supplier of songs (lullabies) to the Royal Court, lol

jesus fucking christ! how could anyone interpret this as good news?!! STOP with your silly awwwwws
How is that bad news though?!

Lullabies, babies...that's a subject that usually makes people go "aw".

And that would be a nice news for Coldplay fans anyway. I mean, when you're a fan of a band, you obviously like it when someone else appears to like this band, right ?

It's most likely totally not true at all anyway, as it was pointed out.

So, relax. :nice:

Maybe that's what they meant? Instead of good news like, its not reliable news? In other words everyone's aww'ing over a load of bull, the attitude is a bit like who cares if it's true or not d'awwwwwwwwww :dazzled:. Which is a bit silly.

Well that's what I took from that rather angry post when first reading it.
