they have them in some countries....

i've seen them here too. there's one in a coffee shop in my town.

and there was a big huge one on The Strip in Las Vegas, too! guess for those who lost sense of time while gambling. and also for those who lost their money, too.... only 1-cent per minute of Internet surfing!
