My turtle was tiny when I got him, my brother's girlfriend got two turtles at a festival but since mine was smaller than the other, the other one would pick on it and so my brother gave him to me. But now he's so big and last I heard, the other turtle has barely even grown.

We kept it for a few months, but I think we gave it away... it didn't grow very much as far as I remember.

I wrote an essay last year about Humphrey Bogart (my turtle's name, not the actor), calling him the mob boss of the turtle mob. And he and his cohorts would organize and do other mob-y things in my room while I slept.
