rf_ucsd
Hey! Is anybody else here into The Nalforolic Coats? I kind of wonder how many people have ever heard of them, but I really like them. I think my favorite song is "Goggles." Anybody else have anything by them?
Mimixxx
Oooh I am! While I think "Goggles" is very good, "Unstable" has to be my fave!
rf_ucsd
I totally empathize with "Unstable." I think it hits a little too close to home for me. When I hear "Goggles" I think of my friend Dan and this time we were at a bar and ... ... I don't want to ruin the song for anybody. Suffice to say he met a surprise friend. rf_ucsd
I saw them once here in San Diego at The Casbah (small place, about 500 capacity), and when they did "The Next Morning" the whole place got really, really somber. It was like the song had had such an effect on people. it was really weird. Nobody could even drink their drinks after that. It just didn't feel right. rf_ucsd
Totally. Darkenesses are so fake compared to the Coats. The Coats are definitely more real.
