Quick question: do I have to pick a song I believe is better than the one I chose or can I just pick whatever (like I like scientist better than everglow but I put everglow vs scientist because I thought the songs were similar)

Just pick the song you think is better and vs it against a new one. It was the original idea for this game. That's what makes it fun imo. Unfortunately the original thread of this game was accidentally removed by a moderator few years ago, it had over 50k posts, it's such a pity that it's all gone because it'd be fun to look back sometimes.
