Sadly, externally linked content such as concerts, interviews, photos etc. have not. The past 20 years has seen a number of file sharing websites come and go, along with the Coldplay content uploaded to them.

That's why we are introducing the Coldplay Archive Project, a non-profit, fan-powered multimedia archive for Coldplay content. 

The Coldplay Archive has been set up to preserve as much Coldplay content as possible. Currently, over 24TB of redundant storage has been allocated to the project, with more to come as needed. A sophisticated backup system has also been put in place, with plans to archive to LTO tape in the future for up to 30 years of data retention.

Basically, once a file is uploaded to the archive, it will stay there for a very long time! Longer than it would ever last on any cloud storage service.

Due to cost limitations, there are no plans to make the Coldplay Archive publicly available. However, in the future, large data dumps of the archive will be available via torrents for anyone to download. 

We are looking for members of the community with a large collection of Coldplay content, to upload as much as possible to the archive. Once the files are uploaded, we will take it from there! The files will be organised and catalogued for preservation and made available to download by other members of the project.

If you have an existing collection of Coldplay content and would like to join the archive, please DM me and we can have a chat! Make sure to include a list, or screenshots of what you have, if possible.

Let's hope that when Coldplay finish up in a few years, we can look back on over two decades of concerts, interviews, photographs and more!
